Silver Lake Singers Present “Songs for All Saints and All Sinners” – Benefit Concert
November 1 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Performance at The Little White Church, in Eaton, NH Friday Nov. 1. 7:00 PM
The Silver Lake Singers for Hospice and Healing, a chorus of men and women who share a love of singing and the desire for service through the gift of song, will perform at in Eaton on Friday, Nov. 1 at 7pm. There is no set admission but all donations will be gladly welcomed and will benefit the LWC steeple restoration fund.
The choir is made up of more than 20 people from various backgrounds who have been singing together for the past five years. They have been an important addition to the hospice program, singing at bedside in people’s homes and in nursing facilities.
The program will feature songs of healing, hope and courage, some that the group will be performing for the first time, others that have become choir and audience favorites over the years.
The songs are mostly four-part a cappella pieces, some lively and some quiet. The group is not affiliated with any particular church or religious tradition, but hopes that their singing “will touch your heart and heal your spirit.”
